As a coach, I bring the insight that comes from years of running experience and from shaving more than two hours off my time—I went from running my first marathon in 5 hours and 13 minutes to running a Boston qualifying race in under three hours. I’ve helped others make similar strides and reach running goals they never believed they could achieve.
I can guide you and travel alongside you as you make your desires and dreams a reality. As with learning any skill, there are nuances to running beyond your perceived limits. It is in those fine details where the magic happens.
