In a marathon, the real race starts between miles 18 and 20 when you are about to hit the wall. I bonked in so many marathons I’ve lost count by now. At first, I thought the cause was low electrolytes, but I later realized how important core strength is for finishing strong and staying in proper running form, especially in your last miles. To proactively avoid bonking, we will come up with a personalized strength training plan with weekly workouts targeted to build strength and help you finish strong without hitting the wall.
