Training for the Mountains 2 Beach Marathon. Staying focused is the hardest part when so many things seem to demand your attention. Catching up on some quality sleep for 7 to 8 hours. The training was OK. Currently tapering and hoping to recover and get my PR on race day May 27, 2018.

Working on getting better at the craft of writing and editing. Getting ready to publish articles on training the body and mind to be healthy through running.
